Beginning November 2025, 21Vianet will have a price consistency update across price levels A-D for Online Services (Azure excluded) operated by 21Vianet (direct and indirect) under the Online Service Premium Agreement (OSPA).
This update builds on the consistent pricing model already in place for Online Services and reflects our ongoing commitment to greater transparency and alignment across all purchasing channels.
The change applies for renewal or new Online Services purchases after Nov 1, 2025. Education customers will not be impacted.
If you purchased the relevant services through a distributor and have any questions, please contact the authorized distributor that assisted you in purchasing the relevant services.
