We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means, pose a risk to the lawful rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical. We will be unable to respond to your request under any of the following circumstances:
(a) where it is related to our performance of obligations provided for by laws and regulations;
(b) where it is directly related to national security or national defense security;
(c) where it is directly related to public safety, public health or major public interests;
(d) where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or the enforcement of judgments;

We only receive the verification result returned by the third party, which is used to determine whether to allow the relevant form submission. We have no control over such third party and make no commitment or guarantee of any kind with respect to the services or content it provides.
